Pilates

  • Pilates Outside the Box Online: Using the Pilates Principles of Centering/Breath/Flow Mat classes will include varied use of small props (ball, resistance bands, 2/3lb hand weights, foam rollers) hosted via Zoom.

  • "They" Stay Ready Privates- on Balanced Body equipment based out of my South Sac Home Studio, includes usage of Cadillac, Reformer, Chair, Jumpboard, Pilates Arc, Physio Ball and any small prop to create a 55 min personalized practice for  my QTPOC/GenderQueer Identifying folxs 

Minimal Movement

  • Let's Move with Jojo- Select Saturdays 11 am PST on Zoom aimed to be Restorative & Rejuvenating yet a strengthening practice with longer holds, giving you a chance to let go and dive deeper into the meditative qualities of the breath and the Self.  This class may include standing postures, balance and core work, meditation, suitable for all body types and skill levels as modifications and offerings are given to encourage a safe place to practice!  

  • Minimal Movement (Creative Workshops) - aimed at presenting Educational & Explorative look at your SelfCare and Movement Practices on and off the mat.  Might be journaling, discussion, knitting, community gathering and collectively moving to better those around us, ie families, friends, peers, neighbors, children, and partners.  ​

  • Mindful Me 8-14yrs -Encourages Self Awareness, Stress Resiliency, Emotional Regulation, and Healthy Relationships with Peers through 45 min Yoga sessions covering breathing, mindfulness, individual and group poses and games, while ending with a 15 min Yoga Nidra, a guided body scan and meditation.
